Specification for High Speed Helical Gear Units 高速斜齿轮机构规范

                本标准包括单、双螺旋外齿、平行轴减速器和增速器的设计、润滑、轴承、测试和额定值信息。所涵盖的装置包括至少一级的运行装置，其节线速度等于或大于每秒35米，或转速大于4500转/分，以及其他级的运行装置，其节线速度等于或大于每秒8米。附件材料包括关于服务因素、转子动力学、效率和新配置的买方数据表的讨论。

This standard includes information on design, lubrication, bearings, testing and rating for single and double helical external tooth, parallel shaft speed reducers and increasers. Units covered include those operating with at least one stage having a pitch line velocity equal to or greater than 35 meters per second or rotational speeds greater than 4500 rpm and other stages having pitch line velocities equal to or greater than 8 meters per second. Annex material includes discussions on service factors, rotor dynamics, efficiency and newly configured purchaser's data sheets.
