This paper includes various dielectric properties of refrigerants whose measurements utilized the apparatus and test procedures of relevant ASTM procedures as dictated by the work statement from the original research proposal. Also, a bibliography from a literature search that preceded the research is presented at the end of the paper.Essential to the published data, Integral Sciences acquired, assembled and calibrated the equipment necessary to determine the dielectric constant, resistivity, dissipation factor and breakdown voltage of refrigerants 11,12,22, 32,123,124,125,134a, 143a, 236fa, 245fa, 404A, 407C, 410A, 507A, 508A and 508B. All measurements were made at 25°C. The measurements were obtained for both liquid and vapor phases with the exception of breakdown voltage, which was determined for vapor phase only at various pressures and gap distances.
