This practice is intended for, but not limited to, industries regulated by the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). These practices and criteria were developed for occupational exposures. They are intended to (

) be measurable by techniques that are valid, reproducible, and readily available, and (

) be attainable with existing technology and protective practices.
