Helical Grinding Procedure Of The Curved Cutting Edge Drills 曲线刃钻头的螺旋磨削工艺

螺旋磨削程序假设对曲线刃麻花钻的磨削程序分别施加了以下要求:可变安装角度,从边缘向尖端刀具增加;求解从边缘(切屑厚度较小)到刀具轴的可变结构间隙角;为主切削刃提供对称磨削;正常前角,向钻头边缘增加,边缘与螺旋角相等;研磨程序的运动学简单,与标准钻头研磨程序相当。
The helical grinding procedure is assuming the requirements imposed to the grinding procedure of the curved cutting edge twist drills, respectively: variable setting angle, increasing from the outskirts towards the point tool; solves the variable constructive clearance angle, increasing from the outskirts (where the thickness of chip is small), to the tool axis; provides the symmetry grinding for the main cutting edges; the normal rake angle, increasing towards the drill outskirts, at outskirts being equal with the helix angle; the kinematics of the grinding procedure is simple, and comparable with that of the standard drill grinding procedures.
