This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB). Research objectives were to address the following four questions. What happens if they are inoculated into copper
pipes? Under what conditions do they grow and how? Can they grow in copper? How might they propagate? SRB experimental design is presented, including base water and conditions, and room temperature. Additional experiments included: Australian inoculation; sand inclusion; increased nutrients; chlorinated pipes; and, valve pipes.
Includes tables, figures.
