                采用IEC/TR 62471-2:2009为非激光产品的光辐射安全要求提供依据，作为制定垂直产品标准中安全要求的指南，并协助灯具系统制造商解释灯具制造商提供的安全信息。

Adopts IEC/TR 62471-2:2009 to provide the basis for optical radiation safety requirements of non-laser products, serving as a guide for development of safety requirements in vertical product standards and assisting lamp system manufacturers in the interpretation of safety information provided by the lamp manufacturers.
