ETSI TS 102 723-8 specifies interfaces between the ITS security entity and the ITS network and transport layers including interface services and service primitives which are extensible in order to achieve general applicability.Additionally, it specifies related procedures and common parameters.
The SN-SAP description in the present document is functional as according to the ISO model as modified by ETSI EN 302 665 [1].
