该规格规定了磷含量在0.0005~0.05%(m/m)范围内的镍、铁镍及镍合金中磷分析方法的分子吸收分光法。试样中的砷、镉、、铌、硅、碳脱铬、钛、钨等的影响可以通过着火物法或蒸馏法(镉)等方法避免。最低磷含量[0005%(m/m)]的定量应包含干扰元素可以忽略的程度。
이 규격은 인 함량이 0.000 5∼0.05 %(m/m)의 범위에 있는 니켈, 페로니켈 및 니켈 합금 중의인 분석 방법의 분자 흡수 분광법에 대하여 규정한다.시료 중의 비소, 크로뮴, 하프늄, 니오븀, 규소, 탄탈럼, 티타늄, 텅스텐 등에 의한 영향은 착화물법이나증류법(크로뮴) 등의 방법으로 피할 수 있다. 최소 인 함량[0.000 5 %(m/m)]의 정량은 방해 원소가 무시할수 있을 정도로 들어 있어야 한다.
