1.范围1。1本标准为管理人员和工程师选择和应用可靠性分析方法提供指导。其目的是（a）描述一些最常用且代表国际标准方法的可靠性分析方法；（b） 根据所分析系统或产品的技术和应用，为分析方法的选择提供指导；（c）给出可靠性分析结果的文件要求。

1. Scope1.1This Standard provides guidance to managers and engineers for the selection and application of reliability analysis methods. Its purpose is to (a) describe some of the reliability analysis methods which are most commonly used and are representative of international standard methods; (b) provide guidance for the selection of analysis methods depen ding on technology and application of the system or product being analyzed; and (c) give requirements for the documentation of results obtained through reliability analysis.
