1.1 试验方法A-- 质子核磁共振波谱( 1. H NMR)测量用于柔性聚氨酯泡沫和非泡沫的环氧乙烷(EO)-环氧丙烷(PO)聚醚多元醇的聚合环氧乙烷(EO-)含量。它适用于由EO或含有EO百分比>5的PO的二醇引发的二醇。对于用甘油(甘油)和三羟甲基丙烷引发的三醇,由于两种引发剂都具有有助于EO测量的质子,因此获得了未校正的EO值。 1.2 试验方法B-- 碳-13核磁共振波谱( 13 C NMR)测量用于柔性聚氨酯泡沫和非柔性聚氨酯泡沫的EO-PO聚醚多元醇的聚合EO含量- 泡沫。它适用于由常用引发剂制成的二醇和三醇,且EO百分比>5。 1.3 以国际单位制表示的数值应视为标准。 1.4 本标准并不旨在解决与其使用相关的所有安全问题(如有)。本标准的使用者有责任在使用前制定适当的安全、健康和环境实践,并确定监管限制的适用性。 注1: 目前还没有与该标准等效的ISO。 1.5 本国际标准是根据世界贸易组织技术性贸易壁垒委员会发布的《关于制定国际标准、指南和建议的原则的决定》中确立的国际公认的标准化原则制定的。 ====意义和用途====== 5.1 EO含量的测量与多元醇反应性(与伯羟基含量相关)、泡沫上升的线性以及多元醇和最终产品的亲水性相关。
1.1 Test Method A— Proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy ( 1 H NMR) measures polymerized ethylene oxide (EO) content of ethylene oxide (EO) propylene oxide (PO) polyether polyols used in flexible polyurethane foams and non-foams. It is suitable for diols initiated from glycols of EO or PO containing EO percentages >5. For triols initiated with glycerol (glycerin) and trimethylolpropane, an uncorrected EO value is obtained since both initiators have protons that contribute to the EO measurement. 1.2 Test Method B— Carbon-13 Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy ( 13 C NMR) measures the polymerized EO content of EO-PO polyether polyols used in flexible polyurethane foams and non-foams. It is suitable for diols and triols made from the commonly used initiators and containing EO percentages >5. 1.3 The values stated in SI units are to be regarded as standard. 1.4 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use. It is the responsibility of the user of this standard to establish appropriate safety, health, and environmental practices and determine the applicability of regulatory limitations prior to use. Note 1: There is no known ISO equivalent to this standard. 1.5 This international standard was developed in accordance with internationally recognized principles on standardization established in the Decision on Principles for the Development of International Standards, Guides and Recommendations issued by the World Trade Organization Technical Barriers to Trade (TBT) Committee. ====== Significance And Use ====== 5.1 Measurements of EO content correlate to polyol reactivity (as related to primary hydroxyl content), linearity of foam rise, and hydrophilicity of the polyol and final product.
