                范围：本标准给出了在出现可燃粉尘和杂混物的场所（建筑、设备和管道）进行爆炸泄压设计的基本要求。

2、泄压面积的计算：规定了泄压面积的计算方法，包括容器和设备的泄压、建筑泄压、管道泄压和特殊工艺设备的泄压、泄压导管的影响、杂混物的泄压。
3、泄压技术的应用：针对容积设备、建筑、管道、泄压导管、杂混物等不同情况规定了泄压技术的应用。
4、防止泄压对环境的影响：防止火焰和压力危害、防止反冲力危害。
5、泄压装置：规定了泄压装置的基本要求
6、检查与维修：规定了泄压装置投入使用后检查与维护的基本要求。
