In particular, specifictions for wavelength accuracy, spectral band width, stray radiant energy, cell path length, absorbace accuracy, absorbance linearity, and absorbance pecision are discussed in relation to two broad categories of methods.This document is no longer being reviewed as part of the CLSI consensus process.
