本国际标准规定了钢散货船船体结构的质量要求。确实如此
不适用于双层散货船。
ISO 15402给出了钢散货船的维护和维修要求。

This International Standard specifies the quality requirements for the hull construction of steel bulk carriers. It does
not apply to double-skin bulk carriers.
Requirements for the maintenance and repair of steel bulk carriers are given in ISO 15402.
