本标准规定了鲜食苹果采收、贮藏、运输技术规范。其中，贮藏方式为土窑洞、通风库、冷库、气调库，运输工具为常温或控温运输的汽车、火车等运输工具，特别规范了贮运过程中温度、湿度、气体指标，分级、包装、贮藏寿命、出库指标、检验规则及检验方法。
本标准适用于富士系、红元帅系、黄元帅、嘎啦、秦冠等苹果主要栽培品种
