to find opportunities to increase the cost-effectiveness
of workforce development investments through
regional collaboration. The Baywork Roadmap Goal
is presented: operational reliability of Bay Area
water/wastewater utilities will be supported by a
high-performance workforce. Suggestions for the increased use of technology to support workforce
