TRIBOTECHNOLOGICAL METHODS OF HONING ARE DEVELOPED. DEVELOPED ARE TECHNOLOGICAL RECOMMENDATIONS, DESIGNS OF SPECIAL HONING HEADS, DIAMOND AND ANTIFRICTION TOOLS FOR PLATEAU DIAMOND HONING, PLATEAU DIAMOND ANTIFRICTION HONE, DIAMOND HONING IN COMBINATION WITH STRENGTHENING MACHINING, DEFORMATION-FREE HONING STRENGTHENING MACHINING ACCOMPANIED WITH CHARGING WITH CARBIDE AND DIAMOND PARTICLES, EQUIPEAKED DIAMOND HONING WITH FRICTION (CONTACT) PHOSPHATIZATION. THE TECHNOLOGIES ARE REALIZED ON HONING MACHINES AND ARE FULLY AUTOMATED IN SERIAL AND MASS PRODUCTION.
