本报告介绍了一个监控研磨过程的系统。在磨削操作中,最重要的问题之一是准确确定砂轮的刀具寿命。作为一种新的尝试,开发了一种集成声发射传感器的CBN车轮,以确定车轮的刀具寿命。检测到的AE信号通过无线方式发送到车轮外部的接收器。这样可以缩短研磨点和传感器之间的距离,从而减少噪声的影响,并且不妨碍操作。
THIS REPORT PRESENTS A SYSTEM FOR MONITORING GRINDING PROCESS. IN GRINDING OPERATIONS, ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT PROBLEMS IS TO ACCURATELY DETERMINE THE TOOL LIFE OF A GRINDING WHEEL. AS A NEW ATTEMPT, AN AE SENSOR INTEGRATED CBN WHEEL WAS DEVELOPED TO DEFINE THE TOOL LIFE OF THE WHEEL. THE DETECTED AE SIGNAL IS SENT BY WIRELESS TO THE RECEIVER OUTSIDE OF THE WHEEL. IN THIS WAY, THE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE GRINDING POINT AND THE SENSOR COULD BE SHORTENED, SO THE INFLUENCE OF NOISE COULD BE REDUCED AND IT IS NOT OBSTRUCTIVE TO THE OPERATION.
