GB/T 17628-1998《信息技术开放式edi参考模型》描述了实施开放电子数据交换所必要的概念性体系结构。这一体系结构描述了业务活动需要具有两种独立而相关的视图。第一种是业务操作视图(BOV)，第二种是功能服务视图(FSV)。GB/T 17628-1998中的图1绘出了开放电子数据交换环境(图1中的术语采用3.1中的定义)
