0.1 为了在建筑变形测量中贯彻执行国家有关技术经济政策，做到安全适用、技术先进、经济合理、确保质量，制定本规范。
0.2 本规范适用于各种建筑在施工期间和使用期间变形测量的技术设计、作业实施、成果整理及质量检验等。
0.3 建筑变形测量除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定
