该标准规定了如何将用于塑料增强的切割玻璃纤维垫子（以下简称“垫子”）浸渍在苯乙烯中，通过任意拉伸载荷来测量垫子的条带间结合的破断所需时间。

이 표준은 플라스틱의 강화에 사용되는 절단 유리 섬유 매트(이하 “매트”라 한다.)를 스티렌에 침지하여 임의의 인장 하중에 의해 매트의 스트랜드 사이 결합의 파단 시 필요한 시간을 측정하는 방법을 규정한다.
