Automated Utility Management System 自动公用事业管理系统

This paper describes the development of a computerized program combining the accounts payable function with a detailed monitoring and reporting system for all utilities. Through the input of utility consumption data by the accounts payable clerk, management reports are generated as to the usage and cost both for the current period and the year to date. Additionally, the system calculates energy fitness regardless of utility medium (oil, gas, electric) in Thousand of British Thermal Units (mBtu) per square foot for commercial buildings and mBTU per apartment unit in residential buildings.
