Describes procedures for commissioning newly installed or retrofitted building electrical systems. It defines the process of commissioning building electrical systems and provides sample guidelines for attaining optimum system performances that conform to design, specifications, and industry-accepted codes and standards. NECA 90 is approved as an American National Standard (ANS).
