ISO 19827:2016（E）规定了一种测定接触24小时后有毒物质对萼花臂尾轮虫的致死效应的方法。
该方法适用于:
a） 可溶的化学物质，或在试验条件下可保持为稳定的分散液悬浮液的化学物质；
b） 经倾析、过滤或离心后处理或未经处理的工业或污水；
c） 淡水；
d） 水提取物。

ISO 19827:2016(E) specifies a method for the determination of the lethal effects of toxicants to Brachionus calyciflorus after 24 h exposure.
The method is applicable to:
a) chemical substances which are soluble, or which can be maintained as a stable suspension of dispersions under the conditions of the test;
b) industrial or sewage effluents, treated or untreated, if appropriate after decantation, filtration or centrifugation;
c) freshwaters;
d) aqueous extracts.
