죽순 통조림 竹笋罐头

该标准规定,将新鲜竹笋的皮和根部的坚硬部分去掉,直接或适当大小切割后,像填充液一样放入管子中脱气、密封,加热杀菌的竹笋罐头。
이 표준은 신선한 죽순의 껍질과 뿌리 쪽의 단단한 부분을 제거하여 그대로 또는 적당한 크기로 절단한 후 충전액과 같이 관에 넣어 탈기, 밀봉하여 가열 살균한 죽순 통조림에 대하여 규정한다.
