该标准对采用液相色谱法（HPLC-FLD）分析的卷烟主流烟中筛选出的酚类化合物的测定方法进行了规定。筛选出的酚类化合物为:氢醌、间苯二酚、儿茶酚胺、苯酚、对甲酚、间甲酚、邻甲酚。

이 표준은 액체크로마토그래피(HPLC-FLD) 분석을 이용한 궐련 주류연 중 선별된 페놀화합물의 측정 방법에 대해 규정한다. 선별된 페놀 화합물은 하이드로퀴논(hydroquinone), 레조시놀(resorcinol), 카테콜(catechol), 페놀(phenol), 파라-크레졸(p-Cresol), 메타-크레졸(m-Cresol), 오르토-크레졸(o-Cresol) 이다.
