Dressing Of Corundum Wheel With Polycrystalline Diamond 用聚晶金刚石修整刚玉砂轮

由于开采的钻石在自然界中是罕见的,因此寻找替代开采钻石的材料具有现实意义。由于PCD(聚晶金刚石)的各向同性,在修整过程中,新的锋利切削刃将不断暴露出来,从而保持较高的修整效率。试验表明,PCD砂轮修整器适用于普通硬度、砂轮磨削和较小修整深度的刚玉砂轮,尤其适用于内磨砂轮的修整。说明了PCD选矿完全可以替代开采的金刚石选矿机,降低选矿成本。
BECAUSE THE MINED DIAMOND IS RARE IN NATURE, IT HAS A PRACTICAL MEANING TO FIND THE SUBSTITUTING MATERIAL FOR THE MINED DIAMOND. DUE TO THE ISOTROPY OF PCD (POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMOND), NEW SHARP CUTTING EDGES WILL EXPOSE CONTINUOUSLY DURING DRESSING OPERATIONS, MAINTAINING HIGH DRESSING EFFICIENCY. TESTS SHOW THAT DRESSING CORUNDUM WHEELS, ESPECIALLY DRESSING THOSE FOR INTERNAL GRINDING, PCD DRESSER IS SUITABLE TO COMMON HARDNESSES, GRINS OF WHEELS AND SMALLER DEPTH OF DRESSING. THE PAPER EXPLAINS THAT PCD DRESSING CAN COMPLETELY SUBSTITUTE THE MINED DIAMOND DRESSER AND THE COST OF DRESSING MAY BE DECREASED.
