쇠고기 포장육 牛肉 包装

该标准是将牛屠宰后分解、预冷、拔骨、定型,按部位包装后冷藏或冷冻的,对未添加食品添加剂及其他食品的牛肉包装肉进行规定。
이 표준은 소를 도축하여 해체, 예냉, 발골, 정형하여 부위별로 포장한 후 냉장 또는 냉동한 것으로, 식품첨가물 및 다른 식품을 첨가하지 아니한 쇠고기 포장육에 대하여 규정한다.
