1.1 This specification covers two types of plastic cement for use in portland cement-based plasters for exterior (stucco) and interior application. 1.2 Units — The values stated in either SI units or inch-pound units are to be regarded separately as standard. The values stated in each system may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each system shall be used independently of the other. Combining values from the two systems may result in non-conformance with the standard. Values in SI units shall be obtained by measurement in SI units or by appropriate conversion, using the Rules for Conversion and Rounding given in Standard , of measurements made in other units.
