本文件规定了使用ISO 20778吸烟参数，通过离子色谱法对主流烟雾中的氨进行定量的方法。
该方法适用于氨产量约为10μg/支到40μg/支的情况。本法不适用于测定深色空气固化香烟中的氨。

This document specifies a method for the quantification of ammonia by ion chromatography in mainstream smoke using ISO 20778 smoking parameters.
This method is applicable to an ammonia yield of about 10 μg/cigarette to 40 μg/cigarette. It is not applicable for the determination of ammonia in dark-air cured cigarettes.
