IT CARRIES THE IMPACT OF REQUIRING COMPANIES TO ORGANIZE SO THEY CAN PROVIDE THAT HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE. THE WEYERHAEUSER PAPER COMPANY, LIKE MANY OTHERS, IS IMPLEMENTING TQM.
