该标准规定了测定原油、热处理牛奶、奶粉、鲜奶油、杀菌霜中乳糖含量的标准法。该方法不适用于发酵乳及添加低聚糖的牛奶。
이 표준은 원유, 열처리 우유, 분유, 생크림, 살균 크림의 유당 함량 측정을 위한 기준법에 대하여 규정한다. 이 방법은 발효유 및 올리고당을 추가한 우유에는 적용되지 않는다.
