出于环保考虑,罐装用聚酯薄膜层压钢将逐渐取代涂漆金属板。层压过程的特点是,通过用一对橡胶辊在加热钢的两侧按压FED膜,使钢表面的膜部分熔化。实验和数值研究表明,薄膜厚度上的温度梯度对薄膜结构有决定性影响,薄膜结构与产品特性密切相关。
POLYESTER FILM LAMINATED STEEL FOR CAN STOCK WILL GRADUALLY REPLACE LACQUER COATED METAL SHEET FROM ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATION. THE PROCESS OF LAMINATION IS CHARACTERIZED BY PARTIAL FILM MELTING ON THE SURFACE OF STEEL BY PRESSING THE FED FILMS ON BOTH SIDES OF HEATED STEEL WITH A COUPLE OF RUBBER ROLLS. AN EXPERIMENTAL AND NUMERICAL STUDY INDICATES THAT TEMPERATURE GRADIENTS ACROSS THE FILM THICKNESS HAS A DECISIVE EFFECT ON FILM STRUCTURE WHICH IS CLOSELY RELATED WITH THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT.
