本文件规定了使用液相色谱-质谱法定量测定固体（即粉末）或液体（即即食液体和液体浓缩物）形式的婴儿配方食品和成人营养品中的维生素D2和/或维生素D3的方法。维生素D2的应用范围为0.15 μ g/100g(定量限)至59 μ g/100g，维生素D3的应用范围为0.25 μ g/100g至65 μ g/100g。

This document specifies a method for the quantitative determination of vitamin D2 and/or vitamin D3 in infant formula, and adult nutritionals in solid (i.e. powders) or liquid (i.e. ready-to-feed liquids and liquid concentrates) forms using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The application range runs from 0,15 μg/100 g (limit of quantification) to 59 μg/100 g for vitamin D2 and from 0,25 μg/100 g to 65 μg/100 g for vitamin D3.
