采用并修改了适用于澳大利亚的ISO 6579 1:2017及其第1号修正案（2020），规定了沙门氏菌检测的水平方法。适用于:供人类食用和动物饲养的产品；食品生产和食品处理领域的环境样本；以及初级生产阶段的样本，如动物粪便、灰尘和拭子。
Adopts and modifies ISO 6579 1:2017 and its Amendment No. 1 (2020), for Australia, specifying a horizontal method for the detection of Salmonella. Applicable to: products intended for human consumption and the feeding of animals; environmental samples in the area of food production and food handling; and samples from the primary production stage such as animal faeces, dust, and swabs.
