Grinding At Its Limits - High-Speed Grinding 极限磨削——高速磨削

陶瓷结合剂CBN的高速磨削提供了技术优势。为了充分利用该过程的潜力,必须满足必要的要求。机器系统及其部件、工具、过程监控策略和技术参数必须很好地适应条件。在一个研究项目中,开发并测试了切割速度高达230m/s的陶瓷CBN砂轮磨削系统。其结果是减少了磨削力,增加了残余压应力,减少了砂轮磨损。
High speed grinding with vitrified bonded CBN is providing technological advantages. In order to fully exploit the potential of the process, the necessary requirements have to be fulfilled. The machine system and its components, as well as the tools, the process monitoring strategy and the technology parameters have to be well adapted to the conditions. In a research project, a grinding system for vitrified CBN wheels for cutting speeds up to 230 m/s was developed and tested. As a result reduced grinding forces, increased compressive residual stress and reduced wheel wear have been obtained.
